hey ya'll peeps! (: been havin diaphragm spasm.. or something like tt. according 2 my sis.. lol she's better den my sci tb n sci teacher! well at least she speaks better den my sci teacher neways.. lolzx.. i'm searching 4 diaphragm spasm on the web now.. n here's wat i found..

Blunt trauma to the abdomen or the thorax can cause a significant differential pressure across the diaphragm, which is the muscle that separates the abdominal cavity from the thoracic cavity. The differential pressure stretches and strains the diaphragm, and can cause the diaphragm muscle to involuntarily spasm and contract painfully. The painful muscle cramp, which is essentially a "charley horse" of the diaphragm, is what prevents a person from catching his breath in the moments immediately after the blow is received."

ok 2 b honest.. i don really understand wat i just copied n pasted here.. lol.. but wat i understand is tt diaphragm spasm can cause A LOT of other problems.. like belly n chest discomfort.. side stitches..hiccups(ok so its not a prob but its irritating right?) n the like. omigosh this is so uncomfortable... ): haixx somemore ku starting.. how m i supposed 2 run? (yeah 'idiots' like me haf 2 do a lot of running in 1 day..) heheh nvm i'll just get my frens 2 do the running.. hopefully i can succeed.

2 more days of freedom left.. sigh.. i REALLY don wanna go back 2 sku.. i mean.. well.. i haven't had this much fun doing ANYTHING i ever wanted for dam long lorrs. sigh.. ok ow.. diaghragm hurts.. owowowowowowowow(in case u toot face don't noe.. its OW not wow..) owowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowowow... dammit i hate it!!!!!!!!!!! i mean i can barely keep still n now my movements haf 2 b restricted if not i get more pain.. so dam frigging crappy. haiix my other uniform still hasn't been uniformed.. duno where my bag go le... lost my sci TB(omg!!!) hmm my books seem 2 b missing.. erms.. i also dont noe where my school socks went.. ok weird... hmm mayb my sis took mine. lol.. v irritating 2 keep looking at the size n everything u noe. o wait.. i don thnk there's any size marked on the sock. so i think she sewed an X on her sock.. haha uniform same size also.. she sew!! not me..! only PE i had 2 sew but i anyhow sew so in the end my mom sewed for me!! ^_^

now this reminds me of 1 home econs lesson where stacia n i goofed around n SEWED THE BUTTON ONTO OUR SKIRTS. N WE HAD 2 CUT IT OR FAIL!! walao the boys were like laughing hysterically.. den some upper sec boys walk past den they look at us like we siao den LAUGH also!! WTF?! we're goofing arnd sheesh we're not tt dumb 2 do it on purpose.. now my skirts has a few holes. (yeah i did it..) hopefully not v obvious.. diaos.. lesson learnt: NEVER goof arnd during a sewing lesson. lol alright i'll admit it. i DO miss sku.. having times 2 b serious with all ur frens.. 2 b goofy.. 2 b happy n everthing.. haizx.. i guess i'll just continue living a lie.. wat other choice do i haf? its not like i can change lives with someone else u noe..?

ahh well my diaphragm hurts a lot more now.. think i'll go rest.. cya!
